St James building constructed a new modern light living space for us extending from our kitchen and play room to create a semi open plan dining and lounge area, as well as a raised patio accessed through bi fold doors. The quality of work has been superb with great attention to detail particularly regarding the brickwork and quality of windows which are the main feature. The team have always been pleasant to have around and approachable and the communication and project management spot on. We would recommend their services without doubt.

His team were superb with every single person who came on site being friendly, polite, tidy and an expert in their field. This was extremely important as we lived on site during the build. Danny is quite simply a real pleasure to do business with, and there's a 'no problems, just solutions' attitude with the whole team. The budget was managed precisely and he ensured our substantial project was completed in the time frame requested. We were fortunate enough to use St James Building on an extensive home renovation project and could not have been happier with either the process or the outcome. We hired Danny Hepburn to renovate a small flat that had been empty for a couple of years and was quite derelict. It required a complete gutting and replacement of everything including floor joists, plumbing, electrical, walls, plaster and kitchen and bathroom fixtures and cupboards. The various trades worked well together and the job was started and completed on time and on budget. We ended up with a beautiful and modern flat. We are grateful for the cheerful and professional job done by Danny and his crew.

Danny and his team carried out some extensive refurbishment work on my house when i moved from London to Lewes last year. He gave me an accurate quote for the work when i was thinking of purchasing the property and got the work done within budget as soon as we completed on the purchase.
